- Brush teeth using toothpaste, removing any food debris or plaque.
- Peel the whitening strip off of the foil.
- Align the top strip just under the gum line and gently press the strip until it is stuck firmly on the teeth. Fold the excess part of the strip under and behind the teeth. (You can use your tongue to seal/adjust the strip onto your teeth)
- Repeat step 2-3 using the bottom strip.
- Leave the strips on for 30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking.
- Remove the strips.
- Brush teeth and rinse mouth thoroughly to remove all product.
Ingredients: Glycerol, Water, Cellulose Gum, Hydrogen Peroxide, PVP, Carbomer, Menthol.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
The processing and fulfillment period for your order typically range from 1 - 3 business days (~14 days for Tooth Gem Training Kits), depending on the specifics of your order. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please note that Dentluxe takes photographs of all orders during packing to provide proof of products.
Shipping Times
Please be aware that shipping timeframes are estimates. Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, Dentluxe has no control and cannot be held responsible for the delivery of your order. Please note that shipping estimates do not include order processing times.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Dentluxe is only responsible for shipping the product to you. Any applicable import fees, duties, or taxes must be covered by the customer. Please be advised that different countries have their own regulations, and some shipping carriers may impose additional charges upon delivery. Refusal to pay these fees may result in your order being abandoned. Dentluxe disclaims responsibility for such charges and will not be liable for abandoned orders.
Return of Unclaimed Orders
In the event that your order is returned to us due to non-pickup or unpaid duties, please note that it may take up to 3 months for the parcel to be returned. No refunds or additional shipments will be provided under these circumstances.

- Orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping.

- Express Shipping within Australia is $15 AUD.
- Express Delivery Time is 1-3 business days.
International Orders:
- Standard Shipping is $20 AUD for orders under $300 AUD.
- Standard Delivery Time is 10-30 business days, depending on location.
- EXPRESS: 5-10 business days, depending on location.
