Please note that once the training has been purchased, the link for the tooth gem education will be sent to the email provided upon purchase. You are only able to sign up using one account, any extra accounts will be deleted from the course and will no longer have access. The certificate will also be sent to your email upon completion of the training module.
Refunds and exchanges are not applicable to this course.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
The processing and fulfillment period for your order typically range from 1 - 3 business days (~14 days for Tooth Gem Training Kits), depending on the specifics of your order. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please note that Dentluxe takes photographs of all orders during packing to provide proof of products.
Shipping Times
Please be aware that shipping timeframes are estimates. Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, Dentluxe has no control and cannot be held responsible for the delivery of your order. Please note that shipping estimates do not include order processing times.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Dentluxe is only responsible for shipping the product to you. Any applicable import fees, duties, or taxes must be covered by the customer. Please be advised that different countries have their own regulations, and some shipping carriers may impose additional charges upon delivery. Refusal to pay these fees may result in your order being abandoned. Dentluxe disclaims responsibility for such charges and will not be liable for abandoned orders.
Return of Unclaimed Orders
In the event that your order is returned to us due to non-pickup or unpaid duties, please note that it may take up to 3 months for the parcel to be returned. No refunds or additional shipments will be provided under these circumstances.

- Free Standard Shipping Worldwide with orders over $300 AUD
Australian Orders:
- Standard Shipping within Australia is $10 AUD.
- Orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping.
- Standard Delivery Time is 2-5 business days.
- Express Shipping within Australia is $15 AUD.
- Express Delivery Time is 1-3 business days.
International Orders:
- Standard Shipping is $20 AUD for orders under $300 AUD.
- Standard Delivery Time is 10-30 business days, depending on location.
- EXPRESS: 5-10 business days, depending on location.
These delivery times are only estimates. We are not responsible for custom delays or parcels being stuck in customs.
